Quick Dorm Breakfasts
Whether you missed your alarm and are running late or you’re feeling lazy, here are the best quick and easy breakfast recipes that can be made in a dorm! We all need a little breakfast to start our morning off right, it is the most important meal of the day! With these recipes, you won’t ever be skipping breakfast again!
Ingredients:
-½ cup old-fashioned or rolled oats, uncooked
-100g any flavor yogurt
-3 tbsp milk
-1 cup (dry) oatmeal
-2/3 cup toasted coconut flakes
-1/2 cup peanut butter
-1/2 cup ground flax seeds
-1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips (or vegan chocolate chips)
-1/3 cup honey or agave nectar
-1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-1 piece of gluten free bread
-½ ripe avocado
-Black pepper
-Himalayan sea salt
-Crushed Red Pepper
4. Chocolate Strawberry Overnight Oats
-⅓ cup rolled oats (use gluten-free rolled oats for gluten-free)
-½ cup unsweetened almond milk
-1 Tbsp. chia seeds
-2 tsp. pure maple syrup
-1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
-2 large strawberries
-2 tsp. Enjoy Life Mini Chocolate Chips, optional
-1 large Egg (or 2 additional egg whites)
-2 large Egg whites (or 1 additional whole egg)
-2 tbs Unsweetened almond milk
-Pinch Salt & Pepper
-2 tbs Roma tomato, diced (or salsa)
-2 tbs 2 % Cheddar cheese, shredded
