Online Ordering
Your product will not be produced until the pre-order is closed/taken offline. Once the pre-order is taken offline, it is typically a 10 - 12 business day turnaround for the production and fulfillment process.
Your group's representative (i.e. t-shirt chair, social chair, event organizer, etc.) has given us a date to remove a product from our website. This is the "OFFLINE" date or the "take-down date". After this date no more orders can be placed and we will start the process of producing your item.
Once your order has been placed, no further changes can be made. This applies to merchandise size, color, or amount. If the merchandise is still online for preorder, we can issue a full refund/cancellation for your order. From there, you are welcome to place a new order with your correct merchandise.
We are unable to make any changes to your selected delivery method once your pre-order has been placed. If the pre-order is still online, a full refund can be issued for your order. From there, you may place a new order with your updated shipping method.
Yes, if your order has the selected delivery method of Individual Shipping we can update your shipping address - as long as the shipping label has not been created.
Shipping
We offer up to 3 shipping options:
GROUP PASS-OUT: Your product will be passed out to you at a specified time and place by the representative of your group (i.e. t-shirt chair, social chair, event organizer, etc.). For information regarding passout, please reach out to your order coordinator.
INDIVIDUAL SHIPPING: Your item(s) will be shipped via USPS First Class mail. You will receive an email with tracking information when your shipping label has been created. Please allow up to 24 business hours for the tracking to be updated. If individual shipping is selected as your delivery method, B-Unlimited cannot guarantee the arrival of the product(s) before the event date due to varying fulfillment and shipping times.
IN-STORE PICK UP: Your local retail store will notify you via email when your order is ready to be picked up. Please present a valid photo ID & your confirmation email at the time of pick up. Orders must be picked up within 30 days from when the email is sent. After 30 days, we reserve the right to restock your item and place it for sale - no refunds, exchanges, or store credit. For questions regarding in-store pickup, please contact your local retail store.
We are not responsible for mis-delivered packages due to an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address being entered by the customer. Please make sure all shipping info is correct before placing your order.
If your order is returned to us, we will reach out to you via email to confirm your correct shipping address. Please ensure to follow up with us within seven days of receiving the email with your revised shipping address. Failure to communicate within this timeframe will result in your order being shipped to your billing address.
B-Unlimited is NOT responsible or liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address entered at checkout. If the tracking shows the package has been delivered but not received by the recipient, we encourage you to check with neighbors/family/friends to make sure they did not receive the package by mistake. From there, we encourage you to file a missing mail claim with USPS.
You have 10 days from the time the package is marked as "delivered" to report any missing shipments to B-Unlimited. Please note, we are unable to “reship” your order as B-Unlimited does not hold stock of custom printed items. Refunds and store credit can be issued on a case-by-case basis.
Once group pass out orders have been received by the t-shirt chair, they are no longer B-Unlimited's property. Therefore, we cannot be liable for missing products. Especially once the shirts have been passed out. If you did not receive your shirt from your t-shirt chair, you will need to contact them directly.
*Please note if your group pass out order is delivered after you have chosen to leave campus, B-Unlimited is not responsible for shipping the item(s) to you. Additionally, we are unable to issue a refund for the item(s). We encourage you to reach out to your order coordinator for delivery arrangements.
US orders are subject to the receiving country's import fees, duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees. These funds are not paid to B-Unlimited nor are they set by B-Unlimited rather they are paid to and set by your home country's government as per import/export regulations and charged by your local postal carrier. Funds are due upon receipt in accordance with your local import and postal regulations and are not paid by B-Unlimited.
Return and Refund Policy
We do not allow returns or exchanges of products purchased through a custom chapter or custom collection order.
If you receive an item that is damaged either through Group Pass-out, Individual Shipping, and/or In-Store Pickup, you have 10 days from the date the item was delivered to report any damages to B-Unlimited.
You must report this directly to B-Unlimited and provide clear photos of the damaged area. Item(s) must be unworn and unwashed. Eligibility for a refund will be decided upon by providing proof.

If for any reason you need to cancel your order, this can only be done while the product is still available for preorder. Once a product from a custom collection has been taken offline for preorder and/or printed, we are unable to issue a refund for that merchandise.
Garment Care
We recommend washing your garment inside out, in cold water to protect the longevity of your print and/or embroidery. If using tumble dry, we recommend a low heat setting.
To care for your Puff Print, we recommend washing the garment inside out, in cold water. Do not tumble dry. If possible, hang or lay flat to dry. Any type of heat (tumble drying, ironing, steaming) can alter the puff ink. B-Unlimited cannot be held responsible for any damaged items after washing.

GIFT CARDS
Digital gift cards purchased are for custom online purchases only and are final sale. They are not valid at retail locations. If you would like a physical gift card to use within one of the retail stores, please contact your local retail store.
